Server logs: When you visit our website, our hosting provider (Infomaniak, based in Geneva, Switzerland) automatically collects technical data including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is processed for security, performance monitoring, and abuse prevention. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; Art. 31(1) revDSG).

5. Data retention
Newsletter subscribers: We retain your email address for as long as you remain subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. After unsubscription, we delete your data from our active mailing list within 30 days. Brevo may retain anonymized delivery statistics.
Contact form submissions: We retain inquiry data for up to 12 months after the last communication, unless a longer retention is necessary for an ongoing business relationship.
Server logs: Infomaniak retains server access logs for up to 90 days. IP addresses in analytics data are anonymized.
Directory listings: Business listing data (organization name, contact details, listing content) is retained for as long as the listing is active and for up to 6 months after removal.

Under the Swiss FADP/revDSG and, where applicable, the EU GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Right to rectification: You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
